Unclear targetings

Targetings that doesn't involve a clearly defined category of people are now handled as unclear targetings, based on how the ones who are doing the categorism interpret the targets: Targeting those who are in a general sense considered to be for example alien (xenophobia), abnormal (normopathy), immoral (moralism) or unclean (puritanism).
