The intersection of categorization and identity: Conceptualizing the self through conceptualizing others and the world, conceptualizing others and the world through the self. A cateity can be a categorization of people, an identity, a system for making sense of the world, or any mix of the above. Any religion or belief, ideology or policy, paradigm or theory can be used as a cateity.
