Categorism focused on functionality, usually targeting people who have a specific disability.

(In Swedish: Ableism or Funkfobi / Funkofobi)


Examples of facets expressed through this focus

  • Categorist Slurs: Using words like "retarded", or a psychiatric diagnosis such as Asperger, to describe anyone who's way of thinking you don't like.
